“SRS” means Stress Reprocessing Service and is fundamentally about offering a 3rd party (neutral) facilitation of in-house stress management to encourage corporate employees to utilise as a basic part of human resource management.
This tool, developed in collaboration between Corporate Retreat Ltd and SpiderGroup via TMG Splicecom reseller, offers telephone and/or on-line monitoring and reporting of stress, 24 hours a day to corporate organisations. The confidential reporting, assessment and support for work-related and personal stress means that a periodic organisational “stress index” is produced and made available to managers in real-time. Regular customised feedback mechanisms with confidential and “semi-confidential” processes will identify departments (not individuals) and areas needing attention.
