Curious what we got up to this year? A lot has been changing in the SpiderGroup headquarters over the past 12 months, as we’ve revamped our offices, website and services. Take a sneak peek at what we’ve been doing in 2015…

Earlier this year, several members of our Support team passed the prestigious Microsoft exams. This means SpiderGroup Support became Microsoft Certified System Engineers, meeting the ‘globally recognised standard for IT professionals’. With this title comes great responsibility, as we now have great power!

Summer

Windows 10 wasn’t the only upgrade in the summer. With the addition of new staff members, SpiderGroup doubled the size of the Support team, better enabling us to respond to our client’s queries and keep up to date with the latest in tech advances.

Autumn

Autumn saw our company merge with Marketing By Web and BeeBlu! We welcomed new members of staff and we can now offer a wider range of services for our customers. We’ve focused on perfecting a whole IT package, with digital marketing and web design, so our clients can get new customers, build their online presence and increase their sales.

Winter

While you were getting excited for the Star Wars release, we launched our 14th TechTalks event in our very own offices. Sarah Owen, Olly Culverhouse and Iouri Prokhorov all spoke at our event, giving out top industry secrets and insights into improving business and behaviour in the ever-changing digital age.

This year has been a busy one for us at SpiderGroup. We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We look forward to what 2016 has in store – keep your eyes peeled for TechTalks #16 details!

We’re no longer just a Bristol IT company so if you’d like some information on any of our new services to start 2016 with a bang, you can get in touch by calling +44 117 933 0570 or email us here.
