3 reasons to buy Microsoft cloud services through SpiderGroup

By Bryan Parsons

If you're considering buying cloud services from Microsoft, we'd recommend that you go through a third party - you get extra support and an easier time getting answers and help when you need them.

Gold Partner

We have renewed our Microsoft Partner status in April 2019 for another year at the highest level, gold. Demonstrating to our customers our continued focus on Cloud services and our continuing effort to ensure our support staff are Microsoft certified (a requirement for gold partner status). SpiderGroup has achieved the following in 2019...

  1. Gold - Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions. A partner specialized in selling and deploying Office 365 solutions to small and midsized businesses.
  2. Gold - Cloud Platform. Partners who are driving Azure usage/adoption with their customers.
  3. Gold - Cloud Productivity. Partners who manage Office 365 environments for their customers as well as provide deployment services.
  4. Silver - Collaboration and Content. For partners delivering SharePoint solutions that help companies share, collaborate and improve productivity.

SpiderGroup is also one of only around 100 Direct Cloud Solution Providers with Microsoft in the UK, meaning we deal direct with Microsoft when purchasing, supporting and billing for cloud services rather than going through a third party provider and their support.

Microsoft Advanced Support agreement

SpiderGroup has an advanced support agreement in place with Microsoft, ensuring we can engage with Microsoft to resolve issues and are given better SLAs to get any faults resolved quickly. As part of the agreement, we can engage with Microsoft to collaborate on new platform builds for our customers.

This is an investment SpiderGroup make on behalf of customers to ensure we can deliver the level of service they expect.

UK Support

Our Bristol based support desk is trained in Microsoft services, many of our engineers are Microsoft certified. We take the time to get to know your business and understand your goals. Our ticketing system allows us to identify trends and resolve re-occurring issues. We also have an engineer on-call 24/7 for urgent out of hours issues. Ensuring there is always support when your business needs it most.

We can help you get the most out for your cloud services and provide development and training as needed to customise the services for your business.
