Your fractional tech team

The problem

Small IT problems add up quickly.

A new starter waits for a working laptop. A leaver's mailbox is still open. You pay for licences nobody uses, and updates sit waiting on half your machines. None of it is a crisis, but together it gets in the way of real work.

Licences that don't match your team

Paying for the wrong Microsoft 365 plan, or still paying for people who have left.

Computers nobody is looking after

Missed updates, slow machines and new laptops set up by whoever has a spare hour.

We recommend having both. Workstation Support looks after the physical computers. Microsoft 365 Support looks after the accounts, email and data your team uses on them. Together they cover almost everything that goes wrong day to day.

FAQ

Questions, answered with clarity.

Before you reach out, here are the answers to the questions we hear most. No jargon, no complexity, just clarity.

Workstation Support looks after the physical computer: Windows or macOS, updates, software, printers and hardware faults. Microsoft 365 Support looks after the accounts, email and data your team uses on it. Most businesses need both.

Yes. We supply Microsoft 365 licences and manage them for you, adding and removing them as people join and leave, and moving people to a better-fitting plan when their needs change.

Yes. Both levels of Workstation Support cover Windows and Mac computers, as long as the operating system is still supported by Microsoft or Apple.

We can still support it, at a higher monthly rate, because systems the vendor no longer updates take more work to keep safe. We'll also tell you what upgrading would involve.

Premium Workstation Support includes on-site visits within our local area. We always try to fix things remotely first, because that is usually quickest.
